Who we are
The Ryan Munson Foundation was created to honor the life of Ryan Munson, an athlete, brother, and friend whose laughter could light up a room. Behind his smile, Ryan faced unseen battles with mental health and addiction. In 2017, we lost him far too soon.
Our foundation turns that pain into purpose: we exist to support others who are struggling, and to bring hope to families and communities through awareness, resources, and youth opportunities.
Why We exist
Every hoodie printed began as a personal reminder to keep going. Today, those words have become a movement one that has resonated with strangers, families, and communities across Massachusetts and beyond.
The Ryan Munson Foundation exists to carry forward that promise: to transform personal loss into collective hope, and to ensure that Ryan’s story continues to make a difference.
Our Vision
We envision a world where no one feels isolated in their struggles, where youth have equal access to opportunities that build strength and hope, and where families facing addiction and recovery find the resources they need to heal and thrive.
